Today’s Bank is always looking to upgrade our solutions to make the look and feel more intuitive for our customers.
We are excited to offer this online banking upgrade effective Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019. You will not be able to access online banking from 6 AM until Noon during the upgrade. Please note there will be no changes in scheduled bill pays or transfers. Also, all login IDs and passwords will remain the same.
With this upgrade, you will notice some enhancements in online banking and bill pay. In addition, you can now edit single and recurring transfers. The process transfer date will need to be in the future and the transfer can't have a status that has been cancelled, failed, or processed.
We are also rolling out an additional feature with mobile banking in addition to fingerprint login that will allow you to set up a 4-digit passcode to provide you secure and convenient access to finances.

The payment workflow is now more efficient with the replacement of the four-page workflow with a consolidated payment, template, and recipient workflow. Enhancements such as a list-based design allow users to move through the workflow faster and more intuitively.
Corporate users also now have file mapping tool for uploading files. It allows end users to define the order of data using a predefined list of column headers, to more quickly create and submit ACH one-time payments.
